Can't see NewsStand functions (Download, Subscribe,Schedule)

Hello Everyone,

I am working with an NPrinting 17.3.0.0 install in conjunction with a QlikSense installation.  From my understanding, a user with a "NewsStand User" role should be able to see options to Download, Subscribe and Schedule reports.  However, I don't see any of that with my test user.

Does anyone know where those options might be?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to login to the Newsstand not the Admin section

should be something like https://<Server>:4994/  basically your URL your using but instead of port 4993 using port 4994.

It seems you don't have an "admininistrator" role.

With the "Administrator" role, you can see more tab :

Then in the Admin Tab, you go to Security Roles and you can Create new role or change the right by role.

Thanks, the port number was wrong, but I was able to run "netstat -an" to figure out which port it might be.
