I cannot launch NPrinting Designer when I also have Ms Lynch installed on my laptop. But if I uninstalled Lynch, it works.
Anyone ever encountered the same thing?

I've had issues with GoToMeeting although I didn't have to uninstall it.
I've used Lync with NPrinting but I didn't install Lync, I used the web version.

My clients said the web version is not easy to use compare with the desktop version.
I actually tried to stop lynch.exe but still no luck.
Anyone have the same experience?

As Aran suggested, we are assuming you are referring to the MS Lync software. We use Lync in our office every day. We have never had an issue with not being able to use Nprinting Designer. We are using version 16 of Nprinting. We use laptops with Windows 8, desktops with Windows 7. Have not seen this issue. Are you using Nprinting version 17? Do you have another computer that works with Lync installed?

Yes, I am using NPrinting 17, the newest one.
We have another laptop with lync installed, haven't been install nprinting designer yet, can try this one for testing. Still waiting response from qlik support also.
