Chr(10) in Qlikview and Nprinting

I have used Chr(10) to change to a new line in Qlikview which is working fine, but when exporting this to excel template through Nprint then the change a new line is not reflected. Does anyone know why? thanks

Hi,

Am not sure, but when use any functions in qlik it will work, but if you use the Excel template as in Qlik Nprininting so it will take the excel functionality.

Just a guess, but did you try a CR/LF pair? That would be Chr(13) & Chr(10).

Qlikview is OK with just a LF, but Excel might expect the pair.
