Hi,

In my reports in QlikView, depending on the date, there may be data present. So i created a condition in NPrinting Nov 19 to state if True create report. When i publish task the result is fail. Is NPrinting ignoring the condition?

This is not enough information. 

We need to understand how your report operates, wheter it is task or report condition, if there are any filters (what are they?), are there any recipient filters, if condition is based on chart we need to know all details (dimensions, measures and properties to understand what happens) or if it is based on variable we need to know variable definition/value. 

please prepare properly documentation so we can have some basis to answer your question

Well

it fails because filter cannot be applied. 
it has nothing to do with condition.
