Hi All
i'm using image as part of an excel report
when executing the report images are coming corrupted (57% of the original)
after changing ClipboardZoom Leven under settings->user preferences -> export to 100%
report comes out OK.
but this value is constantly changing every day ..back to 57%
+ in this model i have a fit zoom macro
Sub Fit
ActiveDocument.ActiveSheet.FitZoomToWindow
ActiveDocument.GetApplication.WaitforIdle
ActiveDocument.ActiveSheet.ApplyZoomToAllSheets
End Sub
is this macro Causing ClipboardZoom to change??
Hi,
This is an old version. Before to go ahead with the investigation please update to Qlik NPrinting 16.8 and try with it. QlikView triggers and macros are not supported. You must remove them from the original document.

Clipboard zoom level is a "User" setting, so you need to set it up using a user which runs your NPrinitng reports. It needs to be done using your service account running NPrinitng service/server and it might be different to settings used when designing report.
Also - can you provide info what version of NPrinitng are you using?
regards
Lech
Well - in general NPrinitng is not supporting documents with triggers, so you are running unsupported configuration.
NP 16.6.0.0
