Disable or customize the recieved email when report generation failed

Hello,

we have nprinting 17 reports sent by email, the reports are in html format embedded in email. when the generation task fails. an email is still sent to users.

Here an exemple of the received email:

Some reports failed to generate:

  • Report "My Report" with output format HTML


Please contact your administrator for further details

The questions is, can we disable this email? can we customize it?

Hi,

At the moment (September 2018) you cannot disable or customize this email. This is a requested feature but I don't know if and when it will be developed.
