Does nPrinting onDemand trigger nPrinting server or nPrinting client

I need to clear up some confusion.  I heard somewhere that the onDemand extension when triggered by end user, does not use the nPrinting server app but instead uses the nPrinting client to run the tasks or reports triggered by the end user, thus the report queue can get backed up if multiple people trigger it from differ apps or the same app from AccessPoint.

Is this correct?  If so, then is it true that the nPrint server logs would not have the details for those jobs run from onDemand extension?

Hi,

Deborah,

The NPrinting Server is the engine so it is a service the on demand invokes.

All the jobs runned will be identified in the log.

Thank you Andre but an answer is more helpful then searching through these documents.  Which I have already tried and I do not see a clear and direct answer to my question.  The community of all about helping one another.
