i have created a task in Qliksense Nprinting 17.2.3 version
i have created for excel reports through email. aftre creating the task it is showing
with task id successfully scheduled execution it is showing but users not geting the emails?
i followed below steps provided in link.
Anyone faced the same issue?
There can be several reasons why the end user doesn’t receive the mail.
You can try first if you can publish your reports in the portal or store the reports on a share.
It could be a problem with sending only the mails, or creating the reports.
Maybe you do not have the authorizations to send mails. Or it’s technical blocked.
*check you have enough permission to send email
*Check email setting are done properly
*check you are able to send the email manually from you local id
*check the outlook is able to validate the email id's
Apart from the above,
just to confirm this is not an email problem are you able to send email using the your outlook email instead of the group email id?
am using from admin only.... reports am able to create.
in log file error is showing like below
for the task TestNew has no permission to see the published reports. No email will be sent.
in out look what i need to change? avi
yes vini am able to send.
Sorry I meant, schedule report from your own email ID instead of group id...so we can be sure it's the group ID sending permissions
it is also not reciveng any mails from my mail id also.
Can you post screenshot of the log?
Are you 100% the email settings configured in Nprinting are correct?
