I installed Nprinting 17.2, but I have a problem.
My connection to the server is failed. I have this message :
Connection : Ok
Error : Request has been purged due to connection errors
I don't have any section access, I installed QV desktop on the same server.

Just for information, I called the support Qlik. The connection doesn't work due to a problem with Nprinting 17.2.
The bug will been fix on the version 17.2.2.

Can Nprinting admin user(nprinting account) access the qvw you are trying to connect??nprinting admin user should have QV license assigned and should be able to access(open) the document you are trying to connect.

Yes, the NPrinting user access to the qvw and have a QV license assigned.
When I tries to open a connection server directly with the Qlikview desktop it ok but with Npriting connection I can't.
Are you using qvp (open in server) to open the qvw from Nprinting?
If yes, what version of QlikView do you have?
Maybe a dumb question, but check that all NPrinting services are up and running in the Windows Services Console (services.msc)

The version of Qlikview is the V12 and Nprinting 17.2
Which SR? I believe it works only with the latest...
Server connections (to a single server, node in a cluster and to the cluster) are all supported in NPrinting 17.2 and above.
have you tried to connect nprinting to the qvw stored in your file System - not via qvp.
