Are your engines Online? NPrinting WebConsole: Admin > Engine manager
If that looks good, use the "Proxy Address", "Sense App ID" and "Identity" in a browser on the machine running the NPrinting engine to try to open the Qlik Sense App. Does that work?

Thank you for suggesting correct validation, I opened sense app in browser it worked fine but the original problem is not resolved.

Check also that the user has RootAdmin rights in QMC and all other listed requirements are met.
