Excel Report has Grayness in it

Hello Folks,

I've got an Excel report, and for some reason, these two columns always come out gray (Minutes Late and Order).  Of course, there is no gray in my template's columns whatsoever.

Does anyone know why this could be happening and how to prevent it?

Hi Justin,

Do you have "Keep the source format" selected in NPrinting for those columns.? Go to NPrinting designer, select from Left Nav the table you are using to pull values and inspect properties of a table as well as all fields.

Hello Lech,

Yep, I've got "Keep Source Formats" checked for the columns in question

‌so you know the reason why it changes to source format. UNcheck it and it will inherit format you have setup in excel

WHOOPS!  I thought "Keep Source Formats" meant to apply the Excel format that I've got set up.  Looks like I've got some reading to do.
