Export/Replace report buttons missing for some administrators

I just upgraded Qlik Sense NPrinting to Nov 2017 and some of our administrators are missing the Export and Replace buttons on the report details screen. We were previously on June 2017 and did not have the buttons. 

Both users are members of the administrators role but only one of them can see the buttons.

Any ideas?

Well...I guess I was just being impatient. After an hour or so the buttons appeared for the other admin...nothing was changed.

I guess the update just needed to burn in for a bit.
