GMT time in Nprinting not applicable

Is there a way to fix the time zone of Nprinting 14.0 ?.

Belong to Chile with time zone GMT -4 but it works only GMT + 3 and not Chile / Continental

By setting the time zone of my country, however it gives an incorrect time. Help...
