Hi I am having trouble understanding what this message means in Nprinting while attempting to send a report thru task. The message is the the following: "Error while sending a message (Authentication unsuccessful)" what does it mean?
I am assuming this is an issue generated due to firewall issues but not sure.
Probably a problem with the authentication credentials that are used in the "Email Settings" window. Did you try to send a test email message during configuration?
