How to control access to On-Demand reports from QlikView?

Good day,

Here in Sweden our customer has NPrinting latest version and QlikView.

They would like to use On-Demand functionality to allow users to access NPrinting reports.

We want to control who can see and create reports using On-Demand.

How is this possible?

For example we have a Sales app and a HR app.

We want two users to access On-Demand reports from both apps.

The other two users can only access the QlikView app they have access to on Access Point.

How do we configure this? Do users who want to access NPrinting reports through On-Demand have to be added as users in NPrinting first?

Hi,

About On-Demand creation there is a right in the roles page. You can create a different role for each app, give the On-Demand - Create right and then assign the role to the users you want.

All people that open the Access Point will see the On-Demand button. There is not a right to hide On-Demand.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
