Refer to the page https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/April2018/Content/ReportsDevelopment/Image-Dimension-Managemen.... It speaks about images from QlikView but for images from Qlik Sense it is the same.
You can also specify the Max Height and the Max Width in the properties window.
