cannot see my report being published to my mail / cannot see the report in my report tab.

please invest time to properly describe scenario of what you are trying to do providing screenshots of steps you are taking and describing what you are expecting to see or do and what you are actually getting. Make sure you also check community for existing topics and definitely study https://help.qlik.com as it contains answer to 99% of questions asked on NPrinitng community.
BY THE WAY - make sure your title reflect the actual question (yours seems to be unrelated to the content?)
