How to pass date range as filter nprinting feb 19 version

Dear All,

I have a qlikview chart and expression as below

Sum({< TRANSDATE ={'>=$(=Date(vCIAsOnDate))<=$(=Date(vCIAMonthEndDate))'}>} AMOUNT)*-1

I have  a field startcalenderdate  which has date 01/04/2019 then my vCIAsOnDate  is 01/04/2019  and vCIAMonthEndDate is 30/04/2019.

How I pass this value as filter in nprinting.

Hello,

I wanted to respond to your thread.

Have you by chance viewed this older Qlik Community post?

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting-Discussions/Date-filters-in-nPrinting-17/td-p/1259003

Can you let me know if this helps, if so please mark this as a Solution.

Regards,

Eva

Hi @tripatiqv ,

You should consider upgrading to version June 2019. If you do, you can use Advanced search filters. See Example 1 option 3 here: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting-Documents/Examples-of-Advanced-Search-Filters/ta-p/1594...

Other options involve creating flags for all records that fall within that date range (in the load script) and filtering on that flag.

HTH - Daniel.
