How to solve nprinting Pixel perfect report showing one value in chart preview

I have developed pixel perfect report contains bar chart using Nprinting designer (April 2018) when previewed output  receiving  single value in chart though dimension contains multiple values and also same object giving results accurately when tried to shown as table.

Hello,

Are you using Qlik NPrinting with Qlik Sense or QlikView? Have you created PixelPerfect Reports using Levels?
