How work NPrinting

Hi community,

I need generate a report with NPrinting, but I don´t understand the sofware.... I follow tutorials, where I look like a easy work, but I don´t get anything...

I´m using NPrinting 17.2

I create a App, connection and report, and press Edit template boton. All ok. Excel type.

I create a new images (choice the chars I need), and put the images in a cell.

Save and preview as PDF....

Nothing. White document.

What happen?

Correct filters for this report, confirm the data of char...

I don´t understand.

Help please.

Is "Conexion" linked to an actual app? When you right click on Images or Tables you should see the complete list of objects available in the app defined in the connection, and use them dragging them to the template. If you don't see the list of objects with their QlikView IDs (LB01, CH01, and the like) the connection is likely not working.

Apply your Nprinting filters manually in Qlikview and check whether you have any data for the selection ...if you have the data then it should appear in Nprinting
