Image Quality with NPrinting 17.3 and QlikSense

Hi everybody,

  I'm using Qlik NPrinting 17.3 with Qlik Sense 3.2. I created a PowerPoint report with images from a Qlik Sense app and published it in .PDF format. My problem is that the images resolution is too low.

Is there a way to obtain better quality images? (I don't want to re-create the charts inside NPrinting, I want to use the images of the charts created in QlikSense)

Maybe changing (in QlikSense) the default resolution for exported visualizations could help? In case, is there a way to do so?

Hi Letizia,

check the image size in ppt.

We use NP with QV and the images are scaled down by default (to ~80%) which results in lower quality.
