Inserting a chart as image interferes with the table on the side

Hi all,

I am putting a table and a chart side by side on one Excel template.  The chart is brought in as an image.

however once I pull it in,  it pushed down the cells on the side and leave and some gaps for the table on the left.

Is there any setting I can turn on to control this behavior?

Try by placing the image tag on the row below that of the header.

Thanks this is helping 80% but still the left side table formats are showing upto the right side chart size. For example the left side table value ends upto ROW 6 but the right side chart is showing up to row 15..then the left side table format is showing from Row 7 to Row 15 as extra. Please help to fix this issue.
