Installing NPrinting Licence Service Error

I am installing NPrinting April 2020 and getting an error when it gets to the NPrinting Licence Service Installation - saying to check sufficient privileges to install system services.

At the point of failure, the other services have been created and can be seen in the local server registry so clearly the account does have these privileges .

Is there anything specific to the Licence Service that could be causing this?

The account running the install is in the local admin group and has log on as local service privileges, the account defined for the NPrinting services was created specifically for NPrinting and is also in the local admin group and and has log on as local service privileges.

I resolved this issue by checking the following

In the registry - an entry to the NPrinting Licence Service was still there following a previous uninstall

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services.

I deleted this entry and rebooted the server.

The service was then created with no issue.
