Issue with Nprinting Server Job

I am facing an issue Nprinting will not be able to send any report  and an warning message on Nprinting Server i.e.

"Logon as a Service privileage will be assigned to the user account "

which will automatically correct and change to green ,once we switch between any tab of nprinting server/

We are dealing with Nprinting 16.2 and we have Nprinting 16.2 and Qlikvsense on same server
