Mail unable to be sent through NPRINTING 16


I am unable to send mails to a user via NPrinting, it always shows the error as Mail is Administratively disabled #5.2.1 the user is using a SMTP configuration and the same is configured on the NPrinting Server. But if we try to send the mail using normal outlook the mail gets delivered. What could be a possible solution for this?

Are you able to share the Qlik NPrinting 16 logs?

Also, your SMTP Administrator may have some logging to show if there are any errors in the configuration.
Lastly, the Windows Event logs are good place to check as well to see what may be the cause of the error messages.
