Hi Yislam,

I believe your Qlik Partner has opened a case with us. We are waiting for the NPrinting logs in order to proceed.

HTH - Daniel.

Did you check all services are running?

Hi,

Verify that both Qlik NPrinting servers must have the same version.

Are you connecting with a user that has admin role in the original server?

In any case send the logs to the support team (also share the logs here in general is useful) and wait for teir answer.

Best Regards,

Ruggero

Hi, Daniel,

I've read your message from Qlik Partner. And I've been doing backup from old server and restored in new server.

And I already know the restore did not find some/any entities in the backup file.

I still waiting from respon from Qlik Partner.

Hai Ruggero.

I used same version Nprinting in new server (17.5). And I create account local as admin role in old server and a new one.

Btw when I restored Nprinting in new server, scheduler services cannot running again, like my old case this below

(Nprinting v. Sept 2017 ) Qlik NPrinting Scheduler service not running

Hi,

Check the logs as first step. If possible share them.

Before restoring the repository the service was working?

Best Regards,

Ruggero
