Multiple qvf in Nprinting report

Hi,

Is it possible to have multiple qliksense app's as source on a single Nprinting report?

I want to create two tables in html format, one table from App-A and another table from App-B

Thanks

Hi @jpjust

In general it is possible without issues but as you are indicating in your post it will not be possible for you, because version of NPrinting y (NPrinting 16.0) you are using is not supporting Qlik Sense.

Instead you need to upgrade to supported version first. Once you do that then you can connect multiple Qlik Sense apps as long as their respective connections belong to the same NPrinting app. That concept was already discussed and answered on community as you find by following below links.

or finally here in official documentation whch I encourage you to study if you are new to NPrinting: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/MultiDocument/Excel-Reports-with-Obj...

Hi,

If you are really using QlikView NPrinting 16.0 you can create connections only to QlikView documents that are .QVW and you can create reports with data from multiple QVWs. It is the MultiDoc feature.

If you are connecting to qvf, so Qlik Sense app, you are using Qlik NPrinting 17+. In this case, please, invest the time needed to supply the community the correct information because the answer often depends on, for example, the version.

Qlik NPrinting 17+ can use data from both QlikView and Qlik Sense and you can combine entities from multiple connections in the same report, as per links shared by @Lech_Miszkiewicz .

Best Regards,

Ruggero
