N Printing 17 Login Error

Hi,

We are getting an error in N printing 17 like.. " You must be logged in to access this part of the application."

Please help.

Hi,

Start by reading the official online help site https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/September2018/Content/NPrinting/Introduction/Introduction.htm

You must login before to use Qlik NPrinting.

Hi,

It was working till date perfectly. we have restarted the services then after in N printing i am not able to login in.

Ok. Could you invest a bit of time and add all the details that are useful to help you in a single post?

For example what did you do in the installation, the logs, if you already did some tests, etc. If you simply say "I have a problem" without any information nobody will be able to help you. If you cannot share details here in the community, open a support ticket so information will be keep secret.
