N-Printing preview error

Hello,

 I am running N-Printing and I have an Administrator Role (I can add and remove users). 

I am creating a big report in Excel and I get the error:

The preview request failed with message: Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: '0' Key being added: '0'

 

Any Idea of where should I look for the correcting it? 

Report generation fails as well.

You have unfortunately encountered an defect that is affecting some customers.

Please start a support case as soon as possible and to have this investigated to ensure the defect being worked on currently will also resolve the issue that you are mentioning here.

Btw,

The issue is in verification and the fix should be in an upcoming release of NPrinting. The release date has not been specified but you may check the product release notes on upcoming releases for all fix updates. The fix ID again is  OP-9765.
