NP Task that remains endless under "genereting" status

Hello Qlik programmers!

I work with both Qlik SENSE and Qlik NPRINTING Version May 21.

When I execute a task, most of the time, it remains endless under "genereting" status. I then have no other choice than terminating the task and rebooting the server. It happens whether the source QS app, the report is linked to, is being updated or not at the same time.

Would someone be able to help me sorting it out?

Hello Frank_S,

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, none of the tips given in the article solve our issue. It seems to be more complicated. We have passed it on our IT-support agency in charge of the QLIK integration.
