NPRINTING 17 DESIGNER ERROR: CALL WAS REJECTED BY CALLEE

Hi

I have been having problems with my excels reports in Qlik NPrinting Designer 17.2.1. When I create and design it, there is no problem at first. But then when I save and close and reopen it generates the following error:

This prevents me from being able to edit and continue working on them. Has anyone known this error and how to solve it?

This error message is probably indicating to unfinished activation of MS Office. Try to login to NPrinting server under service account and try to open empty excel sheet. If you are facing any activation information by opening please click next and try to open NPrinting designer.
