NPrinting 16.8 error with Outlook

Hi,

since upgrading to Office 16, i get this error.

Application 15/06/2018         12:43:53 Error      Error: Access violation at address 5EF684E5 in module 'OLMAPI32.DLL'. Read of address FFFFFFFF

i have also reinstalled both programmes twice and still no success.

is there a fix for this.

The issue was resolved by doing an online office 16 repair.

"The problem you are holding is due to an Outlook error. NPrinting can not send messages because Outlook crashes when it sends emails.
The file 'OLMAPI32.DLL' is a library used by Outlook, and usually errors on this library cause the creation of profiles.
Control questions are Outlook logs for observation.
Try to do an Outlook repair:

and verify that there are no antiviruses that can affect the correct functioning of the application".
