NPrinting 16 SR 9: Out of memory - Qlik Community

Hi

we have migrated to NPrinting 16 SR 9 one week ago. Our programs used to run stable with the old version 15.

No we find errors such as "Error Error. Out of memory: 268099678 bytes" in our morning NPrinting Service Logs. The bytesize corresponds to 0.2 GB only.

Do you have a hint what could be causing the error? It should not be a memory error as our *.nsq reports run fine with Version 15 as said.

Hi,

In your case I think that is is better to open a support ticket. Please include all details to reproduce the error. Include also the complete log files and, if possible, the .nsq, the template and the .QVWS.

I also suggest you to plan a migration from QlikView NPrinting 16 to Qlik NPrinting 17+ (latest available version is April 2019).
