NPrinting 17.2 - Refresh data issue after reload qvw

Situation

Last week we upgraded nPrinting from 16 to 17.2.

We're running nPrinting on the qlikview server with a different serviceaccount.

We scheduled the qvw in the management console, every day at 7 am.

We also scheduled a nPrinting report every day at 7.45 am

Problem

Now we noticed the data isn't refreshed in the nPrinting report.

Is there any way to fix this?

Check the connection string for report and application and the metadata connection for reloading.
