NPrinting 17.3.0 and Qlik Sense Feb 2018 connectivity

Hi Friends,

I am getting below error while connecting Nprinting 17.3.0 with Qlik Sense Feb 2018. please help to resolve the issue

Error

Request has been purged due to connection errors

Investigation:

1. Certificate exported again from Qliksense server and imported in Nprinting server

2. Root Admin access given to NPrinting Admin service account

3. I can ping QlikSense server from Nprinting server

4. Ports 4242 and 4243 opened inbound on QlikSense server and both in and out on Nprinting server

5. Windows server 2012 64 bit

6. Uninstalled Nprinting services and installed again but no luck

Hi Nayankumar,

You are dealing with very old version of NPrinting. First thing i would do is start with an upgrade to the latest.

Then you will get a "verification" feature which will allow you to trace your issue with more detailed information.

Follow all instructions from https://help.qlik.com on how to do a backup & upgrade

I really don't think it is a good idea to hang around NPrinitng 17.3 at the moment
