NPrinting 17.3 Connection cache-Error Request has been purged due to connection errors

Hi Expert,

I'm using Qlikview 12 and Nprinting 17.3, after I've to upgrade QVServer and Nprinting licenses yesterday, i noticed when I run a task in Nprinting, it show message failed. and i try to reload metada.

Unfortunately, cache status shows connection errors like below

so anyone suggesting me to solve this issue by proper steps.

Hi Yislam,

You need to upgrade your Nprinting version to latest one .i have gone with this stage be ready for update it will resolve your issues. As well as you will get more advance features.

i think no need to upgrade,

try to recreate the connection,and  reload metadata ,

and restart the services and server once and see.

I already try your suggest, but it's failed.

I create new connection with another qvw files and I see same error in cache status.

Suggestions:

- upgrade to latest version, September 2017

- recreate the connection

- press the Run verification button and post the results

- check the Qlik NPrinting server logs

Yes ! Error Occur frequently even though we already created.

I suggest Up grade.

Where I can find a link to download tfile..

I browse qlik.com website and find nprinting, when I click button try or buy it show download file qlikview or qliksense

  1. Log into qlik.com
  2. Account -> Support portal
  3. Software download
  4. Qlik NPrinting (Try or Buy)
  5. Apply the filters and download
