Can 1 task have more than 1 trigger.  The users wants the report to be sent out at 10AM and then again at 4PM.  Can I use 1 task with 2 triggers or do I need 2 separate tasks?

I am seeing the option to create multiple triggers so I don't see why it won't work with multiple triggers

In fact you should be able to configure your single trigger for multiple time deliveries
