NPrinting 17 Import templates

hi..

  am trying to import template to NPrinting 16 to NP 17 so am using remote connection then open the .nsq file the export the reports to desktop and the move tha zip file to my machine the i started to create report edit template the import that zip file but it ll shows error like below

how can i resolved this issue anyone suggesting me please its urgent

1. Have you already created the equivalent connections in the NPrinting 17 app for the reports which you are trying to import?
2. Are you importing the template(s) into NPrinting 17 reports with the appropriate format?

ath- am sure equivalent connection only i created and i have create the excel report which is on .nsql file (.xlsx)

but the error was accrued

Please check below points in your NSQ file and Dashboard

Please remove any relative path present in your nsq file for template or Connection.

Do not use mapped Drive path , if your nsq location is different from your server.

If u using Ondemand Extension .:

Now are you using Ondemand extension , if yes the check is file has section access or not ?

If yes , then please remove section access and reload your document and save and close , now again open the dashboard and again apply section access , and run. It will work.
