I have this error during the installation of nprinting 17(latest version SR1)

Hi,

this is not he latest version-The lastest is 17.3.1.

Are you installing from scratch or you are trying to upgrade from previous versions.

If you are trying to upgrade there are rules you need to follow like upgrade path

If you are installing from scratch then make sure you meet minimum requirements and have NPrinting account setup properly and configured. Then follow steps on how to install NPrinting.

The solution was unistall some windows package and then the installation finish OK

Some windows update generated the problems in the install.
