NPrinting 17 issues

I downloaded NPrinting 17 and I tried connecting it to Qlik Sense, I installed everything in the correct way "hopefully", everything is working fine but my report gets stuck in the "generating" status. So what's the problem?

Hi Abdullah,

Can you share the log file of Engine. And the user names which you are using for Running the services of Nprinting and Sense server also share the user name which you are using for connection to sense application.

Which version of Nprinting and Sense are you using?

Have you installed the Sense certificates in Nprinting?

I had the same problem. For me it got solved after installing nprinting version 17.1.2,

update: the problem came back and im not able to generate cache for for local files with a size of 500mb.

It gets stuck at "generating" status

NPrinting 17.2 is working fine now.
