NPrinting 17 task times

Hello,

When I view the list of completed tasks in NPrinting (Admin - task executions) the last updated time is always one hour in advance, so at the moment my server time is 14:20 and the task that has just ran has a last updated time of 15:20 ?  Is there somewhere I can change this, it looks to be something like a time zone issue but I can't see where.

Cheers

There are settings under your name in the upper right for Time Zone and Locale.

I don't see options for DST, but in AZ and don't participate so not sure if that's the issue.

Hi,

The Task executions page shows the time information base on the time zone you set for the user you are using to login.

If you change the legged in user time zone you will see immediately all hours updated according without the need of log out and log in again.

So your serve is in a time zone and the Qlik NPrinting user you used to login is in another.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
