I have scheduled NPrinting Task, I delivers mail only to NPrinting Admin mail account. Remaining recipients do not receive the mail. Any suggestion to overcome this.
Hi,
Check the Destinations tab in the task to be sure that the email delivery is enabled for both users. Be sure that the second is enabled in the User part of the administration area.
Check the task details in the Task Execution page and read if there are error messages.
Be sure not to exceed the maximum attachment size admitted by your SMTP server.
Check the Qlik NPrinting logs.
