NPrinting Engine failed to open document.

Hi all,

We face below error yesterday morning. This task has been run a year and it works fine so far.

Suddenly, NPrinting Engine failed to open document error was prompted. Have restarted server and all service too.

Attached snap below for reference.

Hi,

You need to start to solve issues from the first because following issues could depend on the first one. On your case the first is an issue with Qlik Sense certificates, so start by reinstalling the Qlik Sense certificates in Qlik NPrinting.
