[NPrinting] Error: Invalid characters in path

Hi,

We have  a random bug with a Nrprinting document.

Everythings works fine locally , but doesn't on Server side  :

Service 09/10/2017 02:33:36 Message Type de rapport: HTML (HTML)

Service 09/10/2017 02:33:36 Erreur   Erreur: Invalid characters in path

Service 09/10/2017 02:33:36 Message Terminer PT_HEBDO_PART

We don't any special characters like % - @ or else.

Does someone has this issue ?

NPrint version : V16.0

Qlik :  V11.20.11718.0

NPrinting 16 connections require the full path (\\server\QVWs...\...).

Mapped drives (z:\QVWs...\...) are not supported by the NPrinting server.

You might want to check the connection(s).
