check AD - and security. Maybe NPrinting account lost an access to that folder.

There might be some access issue with the folders. You can try it by removing Service account from Administrator folder and then add the same .After it restart the services. Hope it helps.
does service account have a qv license, USER CAL?, maybe it was taken off or re-allocated to somebody else?
Has the issue resolved? have you contacted Qlik Support?
