Hi all,
I am experiencing an error on QlikView NPriniting. I have created a PDF report. Now, whenever I try to open the template, it shows an error, "Data at the root level in invalid". Line 1 Position 1".
I tried to perform everything again, create a new task and a report, the same error was displayed again.
Can any one please help me.

what type of template are you using?
can you possibly send the tempalte and qvw?
Please could you log off from the machine and try again.

It's possible that you have a corrupted adobe PDF reader and or NPrinting installation..
1. Uninstall your Adobe product
2. Uninstall NPrinting
3. Reboot
4. Reinstall Adobe
5. Reinstall NPrinting*
*When reinstalling NPrinting, ensure that you are installing NPrinting and adobe as an Administrator on the local machine.
-log on as a local machine administrator
-right click on the installation file and select 'run as administrator' from the context menu.
-complete the installation
-reboot the computer again.
