NPrinting Excel Report: Conditional Formatting

Hi,

I have a column in my Excel sheet on which I want to apply Conditional formatting. I am able to do it if the values is negative or positive. But now the challenge is that I have to compare the value with another number.

For Example: I have a column named PR. If PR>.375 the value should be displayed in Green color otherwise red.

Can anyone help me with this issue?
