NPrinting On Demand Configuration Issue

Environment: Qlikview Server NOV 2018 (12.3), NPrinting Server Feb 2019 (19.0.4),On Demand Verison(Feb 2019)

3 Cluster Servers

Server 1, Server 2 and Server 3

Server 1 and Server 2 are clusters and Server 3 is the hosting server (https://Server3.domain.com for access Point)

I am having issues getting this to work. I am able to see  the On Demand Icon on Access point but when I click on  it I get "Code 403" error.

Can some one please give me step by step instructions for installing  On Demand feature  so I know what am I doing wrong
