NPrinting Pivot table issue

Hi ,

I am trying to make  a pivot table in NPrinting , Everything looks fine but the total value of a calculated field is not showing up unless I refresh the data after generating the report. Capture.PNG

Note: I have moved the Values from "Column Labels" to "Row Labels" that's when the problem started. It works fine if I keep the values in "Column Labels"

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

From https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/September2018/Content/NPrinting/ExcelReports/Pivot-table-Excel...

Do the following:

  1. Click the Options dropdown menu under the PivotTable Tools - Analyze tab.
  2. Select the Data tab.
  3. Select the Refresh data when opening the file check box.
  4. Set Number of items to retain per field to None.
  5. Click OK at the bottom of the PivotTable Options dialog window.

If you do not perform these steps, you will see an empty pivot table in the produced report.

In this way the pivot will be automatically refreshed when opening the report.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
