NPrinting Report distribution in Shared folder

Hi all,

I'm facing an issue while generating a pixel perfect report via NPrinting and distribute in shared folder.

I create a task and schedule it from ADMIN user in NPrinting server  .

But the task is not running via scheduler.

It is showing the below log :

"Service 14/08/2017 7:30:45 AM Error Error: Output folder \\175.168.28.39\Info\Rev\AU\ doesn't exist"


When I'm running the scheduler manually,it is working fine.

can anyone suggest??

Hi Samrat,

It appears that your NPrinting Service account does not have access to the output folder. To test I would:

1. Log in to the NPrinting Server machine as the NPrinting service account.

2. Attempt to access the output folder in Windows Explorer

What do you see?

Thanks for your reply.

I want to dump the report (i.e. abc.csv) in the \\175.168.28.39\Info\Rev\AU

But in that output folder there is no file

Hi Samrat,

Did you test by following the two steps? What was the result? Could you browse to the folder when logged in as the NPrinting service account?
